I love them all! They all have their different ways of commanding the ship. Though I think maybe Archer needs more experience, I find him a little naive, but then again, he didn't have all the information of other species in the ships computer gathered from years of exploration, plus he did not have the prime directive to guide him. Ok so I don't blame him, I still like him as much as the others.
And I love it how Captain Kirk has the highest number of deaths under his command, yet he is still an amazing Captain xD gotta love TOS
