The New Moon on September 28th took place close to Uranus (shocking Change) while opposing Saturn (fears). Libra rules Law Makers and justice at large and slowly but surely balance and harmony will replace the damage inflicted by the Dragon's Tail in the US 2nd house of money. But it remains to be seen how long that will take to jumpstart an ailing economy.
