Dear friends, Dr. Turi and all,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is David J. Kunz, and I first heard about Dr. Turi and his work a number of years ago on Art Bell's radio program. I am just now starting to read the books, _I Know All About You_ and _Power of the Dragon_. I am very impressed by Dr. Turi, and if I am able I at least hope to study his methods someday.
My birthdate (April 13, 1965) is in my profile, and for anyone interested in doing more "conventional" astrology my birth-time is 6:20 p.m. EST and birth-place is Port Chester, New York State (73W40, 41N00).
I grew up in a theosophical family, as a fifth generation theosophist and fifth generation vegetarian, both uncommon in this western culture. My grandmother was a somewhat noted clairvoyant, who wrote such books as _The Real World of Fairies_ and _The Personal Aura_ under her maiden name Dora van Gelder and married name Dora van Gelder Kunz respectively, as I recall. She also was instrumental in founding the healing method known as Therapeutic Touch. She was a tremendous influence on my life while she had her physical body, and she has appeared in my dreams many times since. Psychic sensitivity runs in the family, although I've had only varying degrees of it myself at different periods in my life. I think my intuition is slowly increasing though in recent years, and certainly I have been met with very many notable synchronicities increasing over the years.
I have a terrible chronic pain problem, which keeps me out of work, but which also leaves me a lot of time to meditate on the mysteries of existence, and how to use what I learn in an effort to be helpful.
For one example of the latter, I would like to introduce into the English language what one might call a "finishing" (or half-finishing) touch, a half-adoption from the Finnish language (by me, a half-Finnish guy! :} ), the pronoun "han." In the Finnish there are two dots over the "a" which I leave out in thus "half"-adopting it into English. "Han" is a third-person singular gender-neutral (or gender-inclusive) personal pronoun, which I recommend, not to replace "he" or "she" or "him" or "her", but instead to replace such awkward structures as "he or she" or "him or her," where the gender is *not* known or *not* to be specified, and *only* in such cases. Not only would that save a little space (a precious commodity in this information age), but it would do away with the hidden sexism of "he" before "she" in "he or she" and so forth in other examples. And "han" fits tidily into English alongside "he" and "him" and "her" and "his" and "hers" because it begins with an "h" and is very short, and also is consonant-vowel-consonant. In short, it would just be very han-dy! :)
It also seems to me that "Han" is a good pronoun for Deity, in that it is gender-inclusive and can also be an acronym for such wordings as Holy All-Nature (with "Holy" implying wholeness, or completeness, or the Whole, *not* some religious power-trip of a meaning that would imply a jealous god-head imposing whimsical rules on "mere mortals" just to suit His emotional problems, for example of what I *don't* mean by "Holy" here -- and I don't say this to bash religion, either, but just to separate myself from what I consider abuse of religion, which has been far too frequent in human history).
I *am* an Aries, and *do* get long-winded, just as Dr. Turi says of us, so I'll end my introduction here, with warm good wishes for you all!

I have a question? How can you interpret, something as finite as the stars? Without a reference point how can you make sense of the stars? They are in constant motion, changing position not only seasonally but there actual physical position. For example: If you or I didn’t have a basic understanding of language (a reference point VIA lingual definition) how would we understand each other? If the stars are drifting through the universe… and are here today and gone tomorrow how can you draw any conclusion from them?

hello,
i found a little book that made suggestions about how lunar cycles effected human behavior. one tip was to avoid breaking rule during the aquarius time of the 29 day cycle. the book was stolen - or lost - after i used my storage area after 10pm during the aquarius period of the moon.
i am just beginning to study the writing of dr. turi and understand how he can help me. i once talked to him on the phone about 2004 and he was exactly correct about my life.
it would be nice to have a discussion about the economic troubles in the usa and abroad, and learn the truth about how bad the turbulence in the world can get, including possible government betrayal as it would effect the northwest usa and the outside world.
